The product is a replica of the wand used by Albus Dumbledore in the Harry Potter series. This wand is available in other colours including raw umber (the original colour), silver, black and off-white (no additional charges). 

The product is light and durable as long as no hard force, deliberate damage is done to it. There are no exchanges or returns once the product has been safely delivered to the customer. Please report any dissatisfaction to the maker through the website chat inbox.

The wand comes packed in its own box lined with velvet cloth to ensure the product's safety and enhance its appearance. There are no additional charges for the box. However, we also offer gift-wrapping and card making services for additional charges.
